Toot Your Horn Tuesday Party #17 Features

My favorite part of the week again...Feature Time!!!  I'm so excited that I get to feature some of you!  I apologize for the delay with the features post.  As stated earlier, I had a death in the family last week, and follow up on surgery once again put me behind.  However, I wanted to feature some of the great link ups from last weeks party, and I appreciate all of the wonderful posts!  We do (between the two of us) visit each and every one of your posts...so, we do appreciate you!!

Alderberry Hill made this amazing bench from a Goodwill headboard and footboard...AMAZING transformation.  You will be AMAZED at the transformation!

I'm loving the pallet chair tutorial shared by Our Pinteresting Family...absolutely gorgeous!!!

I don't know a lot about fairy gardens, but I am in love with Finding Secret Treasure's fairy garden...lots of inspiration.

I have been IN LOVE with all of the fourth of July link ups, and the firecracker wreath from Create.Craft.Love was just AMAZING!  Just the perfect accessory for the fourth of July get togethers coming up!

I am going to apologize ahead of time...I am in the middle of drafting my features post from last week, and it will post AFTER this party post for this week only.  I had a death in the family this past week as well as follow up with surgery, etc.  So...I'm running a little behind.  The great thing for everyone to know???  Debbie and I are committed to visiting each and every link up between the two of us...so every one of your posts are visited!  Please know you ARE important to us and our party.  I appreciate everyone sticking by me as I've had to take some time to recover, and I look forward to "getting back into the swing of things" soon...and, bringing lots more posts to you...in fact...I've got several projects and posts just waiting to be written!

My favorite part of the week...Feature Time!!!  I'm so excited that I get to feature some of you!  I want to send a big THANK YOU to each and every one of you who have sent me sweet comments and messages while I have been recovering from my surgery.  Sorry I haven't been around much lately...I am on the mend, and I do plan to start back up again soon.  So...THANK YOU ALL so much for your patience!  ALSO...BIG THANKS to my co-host...she is the best...she's also helped me out and been so encouraging as well!!!  Glad to be getting back with you guys...and I have LOVED checking out your GREAT posts you've linked up!!!  I will apologize up front that I haven't commented on as many in the past two weeks since the surgery...but, know that I'll be back in the swing next week...HOWEVER, as promised...TWO WEEKS of FEATURING YOU!!!  Toot Your Horn Party #15 and Toot Your Horn Party #16 Features are included in this posts...and, believe me you won't be disappointed!!!

Shabby Gals shared their numbered mugs tutorial...loved how they dressed them up as well!

Recipes We Love shared another AMAZING recipe...slow cooker chicken parmesan.  Can we say YUMMY and crock pot...hello...yes, please!

One More Time Events shared this outdoor fountain...and, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!  Since I'm on the mend, I have several outdoor projects on my "to do" list, and this is quite the inspiration!

Since July 4th is around the corner I loved this project from Two Yellow Birds Decor.  I would love to try this project out myself...maybe...if I get some time between now and then...or, of course there is next year!!! Still, LOVE this anyway...

Toot Your Horn Party #16 Features:


Entirely Emily made this adorable elephant travel pillow for her daughter...I need to learn how to sew more than a straight line.  So many things I find linked up and throughout pinterest and the internet have me inspired...This elephant would be the perfect travelling partner!

Somewhat Quirky Design shared an amazing dresser revamp...and, let me say that I absolutely LOVE EVERY SINGLE DETAIL!!!  I love the revamped dresser....and, I love the styling...this is something you need to check out if you haven't already...

I have loved how all of The Creek Line House's post are so open and honest...very real!  They are like a fresh breath of air each week when I read them.  Anyway, I loved this post regarding her giant kitchen chalkboard...just great!!!

Toot Your Horn Party # 15

Welcome everybody to Toot Your Horn Tuesday #14!  I'm glad you are here to celebrate and party with Debbie and me @ Toot Your Horn Tuesday!  I hope you checked out the features post earlier today, by the way they are GREAT!!!  Plus, you would have seen the following, if not, I'm reprinting (with a few modifications), just in case:

I scheduled both the feature post as well as this post.  All of this to say...as you are reading this, I am currently in the hospital having surgery to remove my thyroid (actually right now, I should be out of surgery...and I should actually be in my hospital room).  I will be in the hospital overnight and while I hope to be able to visit your posts as usual later this week...I'm not sure...I hope to!!!  Debbie will be, for sure!!  And, then, of course...if I'm not able to get around to doing features next week...I will do double features or features later in the week next week.  I will just play it by ear.  I just ask for prayers for a successful surgery and quick recovery.

Okay, party time...

Toot Your Horn Party #14 Features

Just an FYI and update with me...while I visited your posts from last weeks party and picked my features...I also scheduled this post.  All of this to say...as you are reading this, I am currently in the hospital having surgery to remove my thyroid.  I've also scheduled the post for the Toot Your Horn party to post tonight at 8:00; however, I will be in the hospital overnight and while I hope to be able to visit as usual later this week...I'm not sure...I hope to!!!  Debbie will be, for sure!!  And, then, of course...if I'm not able to get around to doing features next week...I will do double features or features later in the week next week.  I will just play it by ear.  I just ask for prayers for a successful surgery and quick recovery.
